📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Supervisor in managing and supervising the team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and evaluate employee performance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Assist in training and development programs.,Support the Supervisor in strategic planning and decision-making.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Proven track record in team management and leadership.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good understanding of company policies and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR practices and employee relations.,Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
