Agung Eko Digital is seeking a dedicated Assistant Talent Acquisition to join our team in Cilegon. This role is crucial in supporting our recruitment efforts and helping us find the best talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and a strong desire to help others. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the HR team in organizing and participating in recruitment events and job fairs.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ATS tools.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Passion for HR and a customer service-oriented mindset.
