📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize event schedules, ensuring they align with company goals and client requirements.,Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of event materials and services.,Manage event budgets, ensuring they are adhered to and optimized where possible.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and positive event experiences.,Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all details are attended to.,Monitor event progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.,Maintain accurate records of event details, including client information, vendor contracts, and event budgets.,Promote company events and services to potential clients and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in event management or a related role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements for event planning and execution.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and customs is a plus.
