PRIMA Unggul is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Deputy Outlet Staff to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our outlets and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail operations and a passion for customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing outlet operations to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.,Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Assist in stock management and inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels.,Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and promoting products effectively.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized outlet environment.,Provide training and support to junior staff members.,Assist in handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of outlet strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Proven ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
