📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage tax compliance, including VAT, corporate tax, and payroll tax, ensuring timely filing and payment.
• Provide strategic financial advice to the management team, supporting business decision-making processes.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of financial reports to stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with the accounting and tax teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
• Utilize financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP, to manage and analyze financial information.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in Indonesian accounting and tax regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting and tax regulations, including GAAP, VAT, corporate tax, and payroll tax.
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
