📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
• Drive business growth by identifying and implementing strategic initiatives to expand our customer base and revenue streams.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of our services to MSMEs in Sulawesi.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, financial institutions, and industry partners.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Report regularly to senior management on team performance, market conditions, and business objectives.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall growth and success of BukuWarung.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a leadership role within the MSME sector or a related industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams of similar size.
• Strong understanding of the MSME landscape in Sulawesi and a deep knowledge of the local business environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and business intelligence tools is a plus.
• Ability to travel frequently within Sulawesi for business meetings and site visits.
