As an Order Management & Billing Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end order lifecycle, from order entry to invoicing and collections. You'll use our proprietary software, SAP, to process orders, manage inventory, and generate invoices. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, from order entry to invoicing and collections
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using SAP
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of orders
- Generate and send invoices to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve billing issues
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Supervise and train junior staff members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in order management, billing, or a related role
- Strong knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid work permit for Indonesia
