📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.,Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the team.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.,Promote products and services effectively through various marketing channels.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals and objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales and consultative skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.,Proficient in using computer software and sales tools.,Fluent in Indonesian, with English as an added advantage.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
