📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and maintaining general ledger accounts.,Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Oversee the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.,Manage and mentor junior accountants and financial staff.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian GAAP accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis tools.
