📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with organizational goals and objectives,Identify and analyze training needs and design and deliver effective training solutions,Collaborate with managers and employees to create a culture of continuous learning and development,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make data-driven decisions to improve them,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages employee growth and development,Provide leadership and guidance to junior learning and development professionals,Partner with HR to ensure that learning and development initiatives are integrated with other HR strategies and initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles,Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills,Ability to work collaboratively with managers and employees at all levels of the organization,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant learning and development tools and technologies
