📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.,Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain proper stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to facilitate smooth logistics operations.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.,Train and supervise junior warehouse staff.,Handle and resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts.,Maintain clean and organized warehouse facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or similar roles.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations efficiently.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and control systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse management software is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 30 kg.
