In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth daily activities, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of store displays and merchandise.,Perform cash handling and financial transactions accurately and securely.,Monitor store security and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in the preparation and organization of store events and promotions.,Maintain accurate records of store transactions and customer interactions.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or administrative role is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
