As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our concept store, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will also play a key role in driving sales and marketing efforts to help grow our brand presence in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the store and attract new customers.,Drive sales and revenue growth through effective sales techniques and customer engagement.,Manage and mentor a team of sales associates, providing training and support as needed.,Ensure that the store meets all health and safety regulations and maintains a clean and organized environment.,Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop and implement new product offerings and promotions.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with wellness and lifestyle products and trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
