📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various roles within the organization.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the company culture.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to identify and attract potential candidates.,Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improve recruitment processes.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role in the recruitment industry.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Knowledge of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
