📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize air freight operations, including booking, tracking, and coordinating shipments.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific logistics needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze freight costs to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all air freight transactions.
• Provide regular reports and updates to clients and management on the status of their shipments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with air cargo carriers and other key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in air freight logistics or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing air freight operations and optimizing logistics processes.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
