PT Sri Cempaka is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Key Account Manager to join our team in Binjai. This role is crucial in supporting our Key Account Managers in building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales and customer service, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist Key Account Managers in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular communication and follow-ups.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities to support sales goals.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the Key Account Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.,Strong understanding of sales and customer service principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
