📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage daily production operations.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of food products.
  • Manage and train production staff.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with other departments to meet production goals.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present production reports to management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.
  • Proven track record of managing production teams.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and quality standards.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related field is preferred.
  • Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
