📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.,Coordinate with the HR Manager to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and managing HR documents.,Assist in the organization and execution of HR-related events and activities, such as team-building exercises and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
