QUILL Nusantara is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about human resources and eager to make a difference in our organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. You will work closely with department heads to ensure a smooth and efficient HR function.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analysis
  • Support the HR team in administrative tasks
  • Stay updated with HR best practices and industry trends
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
