📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assisting in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.,Supporting the HR department in administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Providing general HR support to the management team and other departments as needed.,Conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights on company culture and employee satisfaction.,Maintaining a positive and professional work environment for all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
