In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support our business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local job market and a passion for building strong employer-employee relationships. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analyses and design job descriptions to align with company needs.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in hybrid work environments is a plus.
