📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greeting and assisting visitors and customers with a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answering and directing phone calls and emails to the appropriate department.
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings, and managing the reception area.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of guest records and information.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks and supporting the office manager as needed.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
  • Promoting a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software and technology.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
