The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes and maintaining high-quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality,Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality control,Maintain and clean production equipment and facilities,Prepare and maintain production schedules and reports,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Collaborate with the production team to improve processes and productivity,Handle inventory management and ordering of raw materials,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in food production or related field,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Good communication and teamwork skills,Familiarity with basic food production equipment and tools,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required
