The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Maintain and update accounting systems and processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants and finance team members.,Participate in financial audits and reviews as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
