📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.,Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive data-informed decision making.,Collaborate with stakeholders across the firm to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable data solutions.,Create and maintain data models, including data cleaning, transformation, and integration from various sources.,Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in data analytics and business intelligence.,Mentor and support junior business analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a similar role.,Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling techniques.,Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.,Experience working with large datasets and complex data models.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.,Knowledge of SQL and/or other programming languages is a plus.,Familiarity with legal industry practices and terminology is a plus.
