📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all cashiering operations, including billing, collections, and refunds.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient payments and insurance claims.,Maintain and update patient financial records and accounts.,Monitor cash flow and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.,Resolve customer complaints and issues related to billing and payments.,Supervise and train junior cashiers and support staff.,Comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to healthcare finance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a cashiering or financial role in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using financial software and systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations and insurance systems.
