📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware and software issues.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of IT services.,Train and mentor junior IT staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Conduct regular IT audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance standards.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
