📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stockrooms and restrooms.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.,Collaborate with the regional manager to implement company-wide initiatives and goals.,Participate in inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and prevent theft or loss.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or similar environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Knowledge of inventory management, sales tracking, and POS systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
