Toko Zahra Store is seeking a talented and experienced Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and be able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.,Develop and implement technical writing processes and procedures.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide technical writing training and support to other team members as needed.,Work with marketing and sales teams to create and maintain user manuals, quick start guides, and other customer-facing documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
