In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting activities, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. You'll also work closely with the Head of Finance to ensure all financial reports are accurate and submitted on time. Using tools like QuickBooks and SAP, you'll be at the forefront of financial management, helping to keep My Venus on track for growth and success.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Prepare and submit accurate financial reports to the Head of Finance
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and tax requirements
- Support the Head of Finance in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks and SAP
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
