📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies to expand and optimize our renewable energy projects.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Renewable Energy Division, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and project managers to drive project success.
• Conduct feasibility studies and market analyses to identify new opportunities for renewable energy projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, investors, and community leaders, to secure funding and support for our projects.
• Monitor and report on the performance of our renewable energy projects, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, incorporating new technologies and methodologies into our projects.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including ISO 50001 and IEC 62443.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
• Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and relevant industry certifications (e.g., LEED, Green Building Council).
• Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, including solar, wind, and hydro.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficient in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, and JIRA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
