📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert legal advice and representation in complex corporate litigation matters
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support our legal team and clients
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of legal arguments in court and other legal proceedings
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in corporate law and litigation practices
• Collaborate with our legal team to ensure timely and effective resolution of legal issues
• Provide legal consulting services to our clients, offering strategic advice and solutions
• Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Litigation Lawyer or Legal Consultant in a corporate setting
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law and litigation practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Proficiency in using legal research databases and software, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and CaseMap
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in providing legal consulting services to corporate clients is a plus
