📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance operations of the facility, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance.
• Lead a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Implement predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance strategies to extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with vendors and external service providers to manage repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Train and mentor junior staff on maintenance procedures and safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision, with a strong background in industrial maintenance.
• Proven expertise in predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance techniques.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software, such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo, or similar systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to the FMCG industry.
• Certification in relevant maintenance standards and practices is a plus.
