📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule follow-up interviews
• Maintain and update candidate databases using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or similar tools
• Support the HR team in organizing recruitment events and networking activities
• Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting jobs on various job boards
• Provide administrative support during the onboarding process for new hires
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Assist in compiling and analyzing recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with HR software such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or similar tools
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Proactive and eager to learn
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Availability to work part-time (minimum 15 hours per week)
