Based in Bali, you'll work in various locations including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Our restaurants utilize state-of-the-art POS systems like Clover and Square, and we rely on efficient inventory management tools like Odoo and Zoho Inventory to maintain high standards of service and food quality. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their dining experience meets high standards.
• Operate POS systems like Clover and Square to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory management using tools like Odoo and Zoho Inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, utensils, and equipment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.
• Handle cash and card payments securely and follow company policies for financial transactions.
• Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining a well-stocked kitchen.
• Promote and upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Clover or Square is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management tools like Odoo or Zoho Inventory is beneficial.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• Friendly, approachable, and able to work well in a team.
• Must be fluent in English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
