📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the organization's vision and goals.
• Build and lead a high-performing HR team to support the growth and success of the luxury hotel and resort.
• Design and manage recruitment processes to attract and hire top talent in the hospitality industry.
• Create and enforce HR policies and procedures that ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute talent management programs that foster employee engagement and development.
• Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
• Leverage HR technology and software, such as SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR, to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on luxury hospitality or a related industry.
• Proven track record of building and leading HR functions from the ground up.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement HR policies and programs that drive business success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
• Certification in HR management, such as PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional).
• Experience with HR technology and software, such as SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
