📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.
• Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality through regular inspections and training.
• Manage inventory and procurement to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the restaurant's menu and special events.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations.
• Support the Venue Manager in achieving operational and financial targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros, Revel, or similar.
