As a Human Resource Executive at In-Tune Business Services, you will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that the company's HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and that the employees are happy and productive.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding, using tools like LinkedIn, JobStreet, and internal HRIS.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees using a structured performance management system.
• Coordinate employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts, to maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies to support the company's business goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records using HRIS software.
• Organize and facilitate team-building activities and social events to foster a strong team spirit.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using HRIS software such as BambooHR or Workday.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
