📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on golf course equipment, including mowers, irrigation systems, and carts.
• Assist in the installation and troubleshooting of new equipment and technology.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any issues or areas needing improvement.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and facility managers to develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies.
• Use AutoCAD and GIS software to create and update facility maps and maintenance plans.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintenance guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and equipment usage.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members, guests, and staff, ensuring a high standard of facility upkeep and guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in golf course maintenance or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD and GIS software.
• Strong knowledge of golf course equipment and maintenance practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate and maintain golf course equipment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for facility maintenance and safety.
