In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our properties. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our guests and residents enjoy a safe and comfortable environment.

As a Pest Control Specialist at Kozystay, you will be part of our vibrant team in Bali, where you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will use industry-leading tools and software to manage and monitor pest control activities, ensuring that our properties are pest-free and safe for all.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular pest inspections and treatments using approved pesticides and methods.
• Monitor and maintain pest control systems to prevent infestations.
• Develop and implement pest control strategies tailored to each property.
• Provide training and support to housekeeping and maintenance staff on pest control best practices.
• Maintain detailed records of pest control activities and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the facilities team to address any pest-related issues promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest pest control technologies and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pest control, preferably in a hospitality or property management setting.
• Certification in Integrated Pest Management (IPM) or a related field.
• Familiarity with pest control software such as PestPac or Orbit.
• Strong knowledge of local pest species and their behavior.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
